		<description>not sure if you remember me or not, we chatted on and off for a few years about body for life. it's good to see your tracking your weight and fitness. i've been doing it myself for a while as you can see from the timeline on my site. i'm 4 months into a new lifestyle change and well on track to being a fitter person. anyhow, wanted to wish you luck and to maybe push you into the BFL direction. you know it works, it's just a little more rigerous.</description>
