Well it’s official now. Just got back from the county clerks office where I registered by DBA for Reactuate Photography. I got paid this morning by the law firm and the check was made to Reactuate, so I had to get my DBA to cash the check.
It’s a relatively painless process. I downloaded the form from their website and filled it out. Of course they reentered it and made me print their version.
Then I went to the back and found out you can’t put a DBA on a regular checking account. So I had to open a new one. Did that and deposited the check to make it official.
Now I just need to figure out how to need to make more deposits.
