A Surreal Memory

Got this from the Mrs.

If you read this, if your eyes are passing over this right now, even if we don’t speak often, please post a comment with a COMPLETELY MADE UP AND FICTIONAL MEMORY OF YOU AND ME.

It can be anything you want–good or bad–BUT IT HAS TO BE FAKE.

When you’re finished, post this paragraph on your blog and be surprised (or mortified) about what people DON’T ACTUALLY remember about you.

  1. Remember that night I went to the play without you? And then I called you and told you to hurry over because Robert Rodriguez was there?

You came. It was him. But you didn’t want to go introduce yourself.

So I dragged you over, introduced you to him, and pulled out one of the “filmmaker” business cards I’d had made for you. (I’d picked them up on the way to the play.) He thought it was great you had those made up and he offered to look at your short when it was done.

Now you’ve really got to make it great.
