Thought I’d give a fitness update because when I stop talking about I’ve generally stopped doing it. But not this time.
I’m still doing the running program. Had a little trouble last week with my legs that kept me from doing the full length of the run sections, but seem to be over it this week. I ran this morning and actually ran more than required, putting an extra minute on the last interval.
A buddy from church and I are going to run the Space Race 5K on Sunday, April 3 as a finish for my program.
