Buzz at Sci-Fi Hi-Fi recently cooked Puerco Pibil from the DVD extras for Once Upon A Time in Mexico.
I’ve been meaning to cook this dish for months myself. I wrote down the recipe a while back - I don’t own the film. But I don’t know where that notebook is. I need to look for it.
Hopefully I get to it this weekend.
