As promised here is my recipe for Whole Wheat Pizza Dough.
And I had two hours to spare on my promise to get it posted this week.
It doesn’t have everything in my ultimate recipe formula, but it is getting there. And I just spent a couple of hours futzing with CSS to give it its look. Which ain’t great, but should be changeable.
Giving credit where it is due, this recipe comes from three different Wolfgang Puck recipes. One of which is on his website. One that is in Wolfgang Puck Makes It Easy and one that is in another of his books that is out of print.
I made some obvious changes.
Firstly, flour is weighed in grams.
Secondly, it isn’t all whole wheat. It’s 2 parts whole wheat and one regular AP flour. I did this because when it was all whole wheat it was too heavy. Replacing one cup with AP lightened it up.
