This morning 191.6 for a total loss of 14 lbs in a little over 3 weeks. That is the amount I lost on BFL for 12 weeks. It is also over half way to where I want to be weight wise (179).
I had a bit of a struggle this week with my weight bouncing around 193 and not wanting to break 192, but it did this morning.
I feeling positive about the diet again. I’m cooking a lot more and that make eating non-crap easier. Another thing about cooking yourself is you want to eat at home more. I think where would I go out to eat that would be as good as what I can cook at home?
