This guy lost weight eating a McD’s for 90 days. His story is interesting to me because in 1999 his weight was about what mine is.
He did exercise, which is really key. I need to do some exercising. Weight is up to 195 this morning. I think the culprit is Chili’s food. I ate there two days in a row, and while I ate approved food (grilled chicken & shrimp) I still spiked my weight. Had wings today and I think that will flush some of the salt water out of my system.
