One thing on the list is terry gloves by Jomac. I had looked at welder’s gloves at the hardware store and thought leather might be a problem in the kitchen. So I wondered about these gloves. Well I found them via google at a lab supply store. Funny cooking wasn’t one of the listed uses – “Handling applications in foundries and forges, plus small and large castings handling”. Good to higher than my oven can go. And only $8.50. So I ordered a pair. With shipping it will be like $16, but they should handle all my heat handling needs.
