Been a hard week diet wise

Too much Christmas food around and all of it wrong. I’ve done pretty well, but I haven’t been planning at all. I did get in my work outs – I’m working out right now. We’re in control of the food today, so it will be clean. The misses is making a turkey breast and we’ll have vegetables with it. Then we’ll have turkey breast around for later. I’ve already made meal 2 and three turkey.

Didn’t get up till nine today. Make getting your meals in tight when the first one is at 10:30. But it can be done if you eat every 2 hours.
