I spent most of the day at home today. I’m feeling crappy. Missed my first work out of the challenge, which means I’m going to have to do lower body on another day. I’d do it tomorrow and aerobics too, but I’m not sure I’m going to have enough energy for both of those tomorrow. I’m not sure I’m going to have enough energy for anything tomorrow.
But I didn’t want to miss a day of blogging or my calendar would have no link on a day and that would be bad.
